The high degree of efficiency and quality of our offer, among other things, contributes to the start-up of an electrostatic painting plant (plasticization) of aluminum profiles and sheets.

The plant's capacity of 8,000 kg/day provides the possibility of service coloring of profiles, sheets and aluminum parts in very short time deadlines.

The technological design line is according to the highest standards and consists of:

• Surface preparation line
  Within the line, next to tubs for rinsing and surface preparation as well as drying ovens there are also two independent systems - plants: the duplex system filtration and preparation of demi-water and a plant for technological processing water.
• Painting plant
  It consists of two lines for painting, and one with an automatic, and the other with a manual cabin, like and two autonomous furnaces of different capacities which in the corresponding automatic mode, they can work in conjunction which gives an exceptional flexibility in providing services. The powder is applied with the most modern devices manufactured by GEMA.
• Quality control
  For our quality control the laboratory is equipped with the most modern equipment on which experts and trained personnel perform permanent control of the entire process in in accordance with the norms of the QUALICOAT standard.
